ik zal anders eens even zien of ik wat spierontspannende kruiden vind in m'n cursus, het kan maar helpen.

Hier al even een lijstje dat ik online vond, geen refs bijgevolg, maar kom:

Chamomile

Catnip

vooral camille (als infuus), mierikswortel (in eten, maar enkel zeer kort opwarmen op een niet te hoog vuur) en lavendel (als massage-olie) lijken me geschikt. Kava en Valeriaan zijn niet handig om een hele dag op rond te lopen :)

Heeft dat beest dat met je spieren speelt eigenlijk een naam? altijd handig te weten wat er juist scheelt.

en voor ontspanning/slapen neem ik: Nervoregin van P Fluger, ingrediënten:lactose, monohydraat, aardappelzetmeel,calciumbehenat, avena sativa, passiflorahypericum, anamirta cocculus, Acidum fosforicum

De verpakking ben ik kwijt daar stond de NL vertaling

Tetrazepam en bromazepam zijn daar uitermate voor geschikt.

Ik slik magnesium in combinatie met taurine, schijnt ook goed te werken tegen spierkrampen.. Misschien is dat wat.
